Data never leaves employee machines
Memories, settings, and API tokens are stored locally on each Mac. Mnem has no server-side memory store — there is nothing for us to breach, leak, or be compelled to hand over.
A minimal, auditable cloud
Our cloud exists for identity, billing, and license issuance only. Per user it holds an email address, subscription state, license IDs, and device IDs — a list short enough for a DPA appendix.
No telemetry by default
The app ships with analytics off. Routine traffic is limited to periodic license verification, which your network team is welcome to inspect.
Signed and notarized
Mnem ships as a Developer ID–signed, notarized macOS .app. Gatekeeper-clean — no kernel extensions, no background installers.
Built for rollout
Seat licensing
One subscription, per-seat licenses at $15/seat/month. Add or remove seats as the team changes — billing prorates through Stripe. Each seat activates up to 3 devices.
MDM-friendly deployment
Deploy the signed .app with Jamf, Kandji, Mosyle, or any MDM. It's a standard bundle: silent-install friendly, with license activation on first launch.
Policy defaults
Ship Mnem preconfigured for your org: auto-capture off by default, a preloaded never-store topics list, and capture modes constrained to your policy.
